1. No Refund on Digital Products & Online Courses

All our courses are digital and provide instant access after purchase.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a course has been purchased.

This policy ensures:

  • Digital content cannot be returned
  • Immediate access to course materials
  • Prevention of misuse, copying, or unauthorized consumption of paid content

Please review all course descriptions and details before completing your purchase.

2. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same course due to a technical issue:

  • The duplicate amount will be fully refunded
  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase
  • Expected crediting time: 5–7 business days

3. Payment Deducted but Course Not Activated

If your payment is deducted but the course does not activate:

We will verify and either activate your course or issue a refund only if access was not delivered.

4. Subscription or Recurring Charges (If Applicable)

For membership-based or recurring subscription services:

  • You may cancel future renewals anytime
  • Previously paid subscription fees are non-refundable

5. Access or Technical Issues

If you face any difficulty accessing course content:

  • Our support team will assist you until the issue is fully resolved
  • Refunds will not be issued for technical issues that can be resolved through support
